Hello... My name is Ian Fisk and I live in Wellington, New Zealand.
Welcome to my site about tramping (hiking) in New Zealand, Scotland and
England. The site covers some of the major long distance trails in England and
Scotland (the Pennine Way, Cleveland Way, Coast-to-Coast Trail and the West
Highland Way) and many of the Scottish Munros (mountains over 3000 feet or 914
metres high), including Ben Nevis. The New Zealand trails described are
concentrated around my local mountains (the Tararua Ranges) but include several
Great Walks (e.g. the Abel Tasman Coastal Trail, Tongariro Northern Circuit and
the Routeburn Track) and some South Island tracks.
